There's such joy in his eating.

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care and devotion you’ve put into educating us on feeding. Our son is now 2 (we took the course when he was a newborn) and today his preschool teacher told me he was the ‘best’ eater she had ever seen. I was hesitant to accept the compliment at first since ‘best’ can mean a multitude of things. But she went on to explain that although he is certainly always the most excited about his food, it’s the patient and mature, very interested manner by which he eats that she really appreciated. He may be the first to sit down and eat (because he’s so excited) but he’s always the last to finish too. He doesn’t rush. He tries everything. And most importantly, there’s such joy in his eating.

Admittedly, my husband and I love eating too so I think that helps! But as I told her, most of his exceptional habits are due to you. Our daughter was born 3 months ago so we will have the wonderful opportunity to implement your methods again.

A bit long winded - sorry about that! But just felt it important to say thank you so much for all you do. We really appreciate and respect it."

Mealtimes are so much fun now.

Picture

"Mealtimes were so stressful with swiping my hand away, screaming, throwing food on the floor. We were only giving her formula and pouches and whenever we introduced other foods we never let her feed herself, always fed her and she hated it.

Needless to say, we had so much room for improvement. It was so amazing when someone in a mom's fb group recommend this program. Once my husband and I started taking it we were relieved to see how much we could change. From the moment we started implementing the advice we saw change. Mealtimes are so much fun now. We look forward to sitting down and eating together. Our daughter loves touching and tasting new foods. We've learned to embrace the mess! It's made us all so much happier and the knowledge has given me so much confidence in an area where I was always so stressed and overwhelmed.

I have told everyone I know they should do this course! Thank you again! I feel what I've gained is invaluable and has improved all our lives drastically!!"

Feeding Littles made BLW easy and approachable.

"I always wanted to do baby-led weaning with my kids, but it can be so intimidating. Feeding Littles made it easy and approachable. Now our 2.5 year old Feeding Littles grad eats just about everything and loves helping us cook. One of his favorite activities is smelling and tasting every herb and spice we have...which is a lot! He's not afraid of trying any of them and we talk about how they each taste. He's developing a very expansive palate! BLW and the Toddler courses are so effective, especially with being diligent about presenting a variety of flavor profiles. We will definitely be implementing the same strategies with our 7 week old once she is ready for solids."

I have never felt more freedom in my life!

Picture

"I have not sufficiently expressed how much you have both changed my life and approach to parenthood for the better. THANK YOU. Thank you for making your courses so accessible, thank you for sharing your years of knowledge and experience with the world, and thank you for arming me with confidence when it comes to feeding my family. I truly believe you two are changing the world by making intuitive eating and food positivity mainstream.

I took the baby-led weaning course because I was so insecure about what and how to feed my baby. It gave me SO much confidence, and contained so many helpful resources that I would've paid 3 times as much to have. I then took the toddler course and it was life-changing. Like many of us, I grew up in a home where my mother was constantly dieting and restricting and binging. That diet mentality left an impression on me. For years I felt constant guilt about eating "junk food" and I felt the need to work off the "unhealthy" things I ate. The toddler course made me realize how important it is to never pass on diet mentality to my child and avoid all negativity about food in our home. I have never felt more freedom in my life! I feel great both physically and mentally. I feel so free to enjoy food, eat whatever my body asks for in moderation, and move my body -- not because it will help me look a certain way, but because it feels good.

My 9 month old is such an adventurous and confident little eater, and all the credit goes to you two! Our family meals are truly the highlight of my day because the positive environment you've helped us create. We are all so happy at dinner each day. It's when my baby is most calm, content, and happy. I'm extremely prone to worry and have struggled with postpartum anxiety -- but one thing I never worry about is whether my little guy is getting all the nutrition he needs. Feeding Littles has given me the confidence that I am providing everything a growing body and mind could need, and my baby will choose what his body knows he needs at every meal.

So, again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I recommend you to everyone I know with small children because the information you've shared with us has been so invaluable. You have truly changed my life and my baby's life, and for that I will always be grateful!"

The best parenting decision we ever made.

"As we sought to introduce solid foods to our daughter, my wife and I attended a BLW class not knowing what to expect.  It was one of the best parenting decisions we have made!  Up until that point, we had tried a couple of pre-canned purees and some baby oatmeal.  I was thinking of purchasing a baby food maker.  This class literally saved me hundreds of dollars by adopting BLW.

Now our eight-month-old simply eats what we eat.  When my wife or I cook, we just set aside a tiny portion of the meal for her.  There are no extra purees or ingredients to buy and I don't need to set aside time to make her a separate meal in an expensive machine!

If for no other reason, I'd recommend BLW as the perfect way to start your child on the right path to a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing more satisfying that watching our baby gnaw on some shrimp or snap off a sliver of bell pepper!  Contrast that with the solids most kids demand (pasta, fries, chicken fingers, etc) and we are way ahead of the game!

But the benefits don't stop there!  As a result of making sure our daughter eats nutritiously, my wife and I have become more conscientious about the meals we prepare and have reaped some rewards of a healthier diet as well.  Plus, it is a great party trick to have your little one sitting at the table, eating solid foods, and watching your guests' jaws drop in amazement.

For these reasons, and so many more, I can't recommend BLW enough."

My children finally eat vegetables!

"When it comes to feeding my children, my goal above all else is to raise mindful eaters who have a healthy relationship with food.  This course gave me all the tools I need to do exactly that.  After completing the course, all of my questions were answered.  Not only do I now know WHAT and HOW to feed my children, but implementing the strategies in this course has made mealtimes enjoyable – messy at times, but enjoyable!  No more battles over food. No more worrying about why my friend’s child is eating green beans and mine isn’t.  No more begging and bribing to get my kids to eat certain foods. Instead, I’ve learned about realistic and developmentally appropriate behavior for toddlers, and I’ve learned to trust the process detailed in this class – a process that over time results in children who DO eat mindfully and who DO have a healthy relationship with food.  And yes, they eat their vegetables too!"

- Diana (Phoenix), mom of 2 - Feeding Littles: Toddlers

Our son eats everything we put in front of him.

"We took Megan's Baby-led Weaning course as our son was nearing six months. The course was excellent. Megan was sweet, knowledgeable, and detailed. The class was concise and to the point and she even provided an informative handout with the topics covered in our course. When the class was complete, she had some prepared sweet potato for our son to try and he reacted exactly as she had just explained.

We went home and followed through with what we learned. Our son just turned one and he eats EVERYTHING we put in front of him and then some. Forget about eating something around him without sharing! We're amazed, our family is wowed, and everyone around us thinks we're crazy; but it works!"

Family members comment on what great parents we are.

"Feeding my kiddo in general was a great source of anxiety for me- purees, solids, etc. I wasn't worried about him choking, but I think the weight of the responsibility of nourishing him properly felt REALLY daunting to me for some reason. I felt like I spent most of my day worrying about what to feed him, how to feed him, and how to give him the best start on food possible. My friend (thanks Jennifer!) introduced me to your page, which I loved, and then I checked out your Feeding Littles course, hoping it would ease my anxiety and help with my "picky" eater.

Thanks to you, Megan and Judy, (thank you a million times!!), what I have learned is this: my kiddo is actually a pretty GREAT eater, I just needed to change my perception of what that means or looks like. My anxiety has virtually ceased to exist surrounding feeding him. Your easy-to-understand information, presented in a supportive, understanding manner, has made all the difference to me. It's helped me manage feeding behaviors, provide proper nutrition, be realistic about expectations, and have FUN with feeding my son.
Family members and friends who see him eat comment on what an incredible palate he has, how wonderfully he eats, and how good of a job we as parents are doing with feeding him.

It's truly thanks to the two of you and your wonderful course. I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone struggling with feeding your little one, it's a game-changer!!!"

We get comments in restaurants about how well our son eats!

"Being a first time mom I was terrified to start my son on solids. He had nursed well for nearly six months. We had challenges, but figured it all out and things were going well. I was not ready for the next feeding challenge. I filled my freezer with homemade organic purées, which he later refused anyway. I read everything there was to read. I was as ready as I could be... until a lactation consultant mentions BLW and Megan's course. I was not completely convinced, but there was a class five days before my son turned six months. My husband and I went with my son, who Megan pointed out was meeting all readiness signs. That day, at the course, we introduced banana. It didn't go well. But we tried again, every day. He became more comfortable, began enjoying different flavors, and now he is such an impressive eater. We get comments at restaurants about how he will eat anything! Most importantly, BLW took the pressure off feeding for all of us and became one of our most fun adventures!! And I have to add that at the grocery store the other day in the "Free Fruit for Kids" basket he usually chooses and apple (and eats it with his six little teeth), but they only had bananas. He happily took one and devoured it... then signed for more!!!"

It would have cost so much more to meet with professionals in person!

"Before this course I was at a complete loss, I was doing it all wrong and my 21 month old was refusing to be a part of anything that resembled a meal. Now, after this course I have made changes in my approach and have seen dramatic changes in my little man's eating. He literally went from only eating snacks to asking for seconds on meals. I was so stressed about nutrition before taking this course and felt like I had no idea what I was doing and this course was exactly what I needed.

I think to myself that if I were to bring little W to Megan and Judy to learn all of these invaluable lessons it would have cost many thousands of dollars and I am thrilled that you guys took the time to put all this onto an affordable online course... In my opinion it's worth way more than the current cost."

This course covered everything I had questions about.

"Prior to taking the BLW class, my then seven month old had been eating finger foods, but with quite limited exposure due to my lack of confidence and knowledge when it came to baby-led weaning. While she was enjoying whatever strip of veggie I placed in front of her, I was nervous to introduce much variety for fear of choking. Taking the Feeding Littles BLW class opened up a whole new world of food experiences for both my daughter and myself! I now feel confident in making educated choices for her in what she can and should eat, as well as how to prepare and serve the food I offer her. The class thoroughly covered everything I had questions about from gag reflex to allergenic food exposure to nutrition. My daughter has since absolutely LOVED trying countless new foods that I never would have dreamed she'd eat this early on or so willingly! And we are having a blast witnessing her explore new tastes and textures while we help her establish a healthy eating lifestyle. Thank you, Feeding Littles, for this precious gift to our family!"

- Consie (Scottsdale), mom of 1 - Infant Feeding: the Baby-led Way (taken live in Scottsdale, Arizona)

This course made my life easier.

"I think mamas should watch this (Toddler course) by the time their kiddos are around 10 months old. I know my son turned from being an 'I will eat anything' baby into an 'I won't eat anything' toddler right around a year, and I made a lot of mistakes at that point that we are still trying to recover from. But you don't know that if you're a first-time mom. When he quit eating certain foods, we quit offering. We fed him things we knew he would eat just so he would eat. He turned down dinner and so we gave him pouches. All those rookie mistakes. And obviously we turned things around and he's a generally good eater, but I didn't make the same mistakes with my daughter. She has been much easier because we knew to expect that 'regression' and had taken your course."

Just take the darn course!

Picture
"I have a 3 year old boy and 10 month old twins.  Even though I had gone through solid foods with my first born, I was so overwhelmed at the thought of starting solids with the twins.  I had forgotten everything I had done in the past and I didn't know where to start.  I attended Megan's baby led weaning class when the twins were 6 months old, and I left the class feeling so much more prepared (and even excited!) for our feeding journey!  Megan's background is clinical, but she is so down to earth, realistic and relatable.  She shares stories about her own kids and also helps you find ways to slightly tweak and alter your approach to make it work for you and your family.  I wish I would have taken this course with my first born - it would have saved me hours of pureeing baby food and it probably would have helped with some of his food aversions too.  Just take the darn course!!"

This class is worth its weight in gold!

"After taking this class, I feel confident that my children are on the path to being mindful eaters who have a healthy relationship with food.  You won’t find information this comprehensive and relatable anywhere else.  This class is worth its weight in gold."

A total game-changer in our house.

"Thank you to Megan and Judy for creating a class that literally answered all of my questions about feeding my children.  I know what to feed them, how to feed them, and how to deal with developmentally normal – albeit sometimes frustrating – toddler behavior.  This class was a total game-changer in our house."

- Diana (Phoenix), mom of 2

My children won't have to struggle with food like I have.

"I've struggled with food my whole life. This course took all the stress out of mealtimes.  There are no more battles at the dinner table.  Meals are an enjoyable time for our family in which we eat, talk, laugh, and share without any arguments, coercion, or bribery surrounding food."

- Katie (Portland), mom of 1
- Feeding Littles: Toddlers

Competent, capable eaters.

"Since we have implemented the ideas in this course, I have watched my children become competent and capable eaters.  Or rather, I’ve realized that they always were competent and capable eaters, but as a parent I have learned to trust them and this process.  I have healthy children who eat zucchini and broccoli and mango and steak and quinoa and cookies and cupcakes.  Sometimes they choose to eat nothing but green beans for dinner.  Sometimes it’s nothing but dinner rolls.  Sometimes they take two bites and they are done.  Sometimes they eat more than I do.  They still don’t eat salad or avocados, but they will some day.  And this class has shown me why this is all OK and how these are all steps on the road to a healthy relationship with food.  My hope is that every parent will take Feeding Littles: Toddlers, and together we can raise a generation of confident eaters."

The doctor was impressed with his growth.

"We just came back from my kindergartener's well check. He gained 5 pounds this year! I think a huge part of it is that we took your course. The doctor had been worried about his slow weight gain. Five pounds is huge! Thank you so much!"

Info that we didn't find anywhere.

"I would highly recommend the online feeding course. I have been to four different feeding therapists for my son and not a single one covered the information that is shared in this course. It is worth so much more than what they are charging us and you will be so glad you did it!"

Cassie (Virginia), mom of 1
- Feeding Littles: Toddlers

A huge improvement already.

"This course has been SO incredibly helpful and insightful. We still have a long ways go to, but we are only on step 8, and we've already noticed a HUGE improvement in my almost 17-month-old's eating habits. So thankful!"

Kim (Phoenix), mom of 1 - Feeding Littles: Toddlers

My 2-year-old eats salad!

"My 2-year-old plowed through a spinach salad at lunch today! My 5-year-old won't touch anything even resembling lettuce. This is what happens when you don't learn the info in the toddler course until your second child!! There's still hope for my son, but in the mean time, it's been so fun watching my daughter explore food with no anxiety or expectations on my part. Thanks, Megan and Judy! This is all your doing!"

Anna (Las Vegas), mom of 2

I feel guilty telling people how great my kid eats.

"My 19-month-old is such a great eater and meals are so unbelievably stress-free that I actually feel guilty telling people that. I'm sure some of it is based on his personality, but we know most of it is because we've done Baby-led Weaning and followed your Feeding Littles course since the beginning. Thanks so much for making eating a fun family affair that we look forward to and not a scary, dreadful event we try to avoid."

- Bryan (San Francisco), dad of 1

Essentially guarantee that your child won't struggle with disordered eating.

"I made a lot of feeding mistakes as a first-time parent. When I had my second child, I found this course. It corrected the mistakes I made the first time and prevented me from making the same mistakes the second time! Meals are stress-free, my kids are great eaters, and they love food. And while I love the course for what it does in our day to day life, what I love more is that it has set my children up for a healthy long-term relationship with food. For $69 and a few hours of your time, you can essentially guarantee that your child will never suffer from disordered eating. I can't imaging not wanting to make that investment in my children's health and future! This course has been literally life-changing for us and I will continue telling everyone I know about it!"

It stops all of my food anxiety with my daughter.

"I gotta say it again! Feeding Littles ROCKS! I don't have a ton of free time to watch the videos, but I go at my own pace and whenever Annie hits a developmental milestone that affects her eating habits, I reopen the course and watch a couple more lessons and it quells ALL of my food anxiety with her. I love how Feeding Littles has helped and am soooooo glad Sarah recommended it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

- Mira (Dallas), mom of 1

My son is back to eating chicken!

"I don't think we would have survived the picky toddler phase without the course. I'm talking about our youngest refusing to eat meat (specifically chicken) for over FIVE months!!! Yes, that's MONTHS! So many amazing tips & tricks in the course. There was very little stress on our part. Thanks to the course, he's back to eating chicken :)"

- Casey (Scottsdale), mom of 2

This course has changed our lives.

"M had a gluten-free Oreo tonight...he ate the whole thing after he asked for a cookie (he NEVER asks for dessert). M has never eaten an entire cookie of any sort...he had a messy face and was super proud of it, and so was I! He NEVER has a messy face like this... and he ate pancakes this weekend. They were $6 per box pancakes, but I don't care. He loved them. Another first...and, he ate ham for dinner. A non-meat eating boy (other than turkey dogs) ate ham! I am so proud of his eating progress. If you have a problem eater, I highly recommend the online Feeding Littles course. It has truly changed our lives. Thanks always to Megan McNamee and Judy Delaware."
